Amazing Weekend , Mr. Hadi the boss of our trip..

I liked everything in this hotel, it’s amazing and luxury really high class. The room, Jacuzzi, The living room, the bed, the lighting , restaurant, the beach, reception, valet parking, they are so respectful. In general, my family and I enjoyed our stay in ART Rotana Amwaj Islands.

1) The room service menu must include more choices of food. Also, there were only two restaurants opened during our stay. I assume that the reason behind it was to comply with directives related to Covid-19, but since this property is considered as a "resort", there should be a wide choice of food offered because usually a traveler staying in a resort spends most of his/her time in the property as most resorts are secluded and insure total relaxation for customers. 2) We were bothered with the fire alarm bell's sound as it rang several times when the resort was testing the fire alarm system.

Excellent beach and service, comparing to old rooms and poor breakfast

I stayed here on my marriage anniversary day, the check-in process was nice and quick. The room is average, the furniture started aging and the parquet floor is full of scratches. The cleanness is average too, I found spots like the TV remote control and in the toilet wasn't cleaned very well. The room service is very quick, I ordered two towels, and they were delivered in less than 10 minutes. The staff are kind and helpful in general.

For the price we paid, I think the only thing was worth it is the beach/pool. The room quality was below my expectation. Aging furniture full of scratches and the breakfast quality was poor, and didn't take into consideration our order. Note that breakfast is not served in a restaurant, you must fill in a paper and they will deliver the breakfast to your room next morning. The breakfast was not what we ordered, and it was delivered in so many plastic containers. The WiFi kept disconnecting occasionally. The room lighting wasn't enough at night. The toiletry was the minimum you can find. No tooth brush or paste.

Worth every penny and a great getaway for a vacation!

Quiet and a very clean place. Good internet connection, nice room, good facilities, very friendly staff, the A/C was great and would recommend friends to stay, especially during week days!

The food was not that great, it gets crowded over the weekend because of many families and kids around.

We were a group of 5 and we were offered the Royal Suite (Penthouse) at the top floor for a moderately higher price and I should say that we were very lucky that we accepted. The penthouse was so huge I almost got lost twice looking for my room. There are three bedrooms (twin, queen and King master bedroom) each with their own bathrooms in addition to a pantry and a toilet in the hall. The master bedroom’s bathroom will surprise you as it is an experience on its own. We had our own terrace jacuzzi and we were offered free soft drinks, water and nuts. I’m not a beach person but I really loved how clean the water was and the sand was extremely smooth as if you’re walking on silk. The staff were all amazing special thanks to Camilia and the lady who took our breakfast order at check in (I’m sorry I didn’t pay attention to her name as I was in a hurry to catch up with my friends). The adult pool was ok but it could’ve been bigger but any pool without kids is more than acceptable for me. We had a burger at the pool and it was sooo good but the soft drinks could’ve been cheaper (the cost of a Pepsi Can is the same as the cost of a side plate of fries). Overall, it was an amazing experience and would definitely definitely go back there again. The Breakfast (delivered to your room due go Covid-19) was generous and tasted really good too.

There isn’t much I didn’t like to be honest. My sixth friend stayed at a single occupancy room and said he could hear his neighbors so it looks like soundproofing is an issue for Deluxe Rooms. Also, the Bathrooms in the penthouse had weird arrangements as in my room (Twin), I had to kick my roommate out for me to use the bathroom and to take a shower as everything is transparent. The toilet hose is also situated awkwardly making it difficult to use. That’s about it.
